BİRLEŞİM MÜHENDİSLİK ANNUAL REPORT 2025 10 INTRODUCTION MILESTONES A finalized contract was signed with Aydın Sağlık Yatırımları Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. for a hospital project whose preliminary agreement had previously been entered into. A contract was signed for the Acıbadem Kartal Hospital project. A contract was signed with Dünyagöz Hospital. A contract was signed for Phase II of the Acıbadem Kartal Hospital project. A preliminary agreement was entered into concerning mechanical installation works at the Turkuvaz Medya headquarters building in the Balgat district of Ankara. Our Uzbekistan-based subsidiary Birleşim LLC entered into a preliminary agreement concerning a project to improve the efficiency of the Talimarjon power plant. A contract was signed with the İstanbul head office of Sweden-headquartered ISKA Sverige AB concerning the electromechanical installation works of the Yenişehir- Osmaneli section of the Higher-Speed Rail (HrSR) line between Bandırma and Bursa. A new contract was signed for electrical installation works at the ongoing Halk Yapı Dilovası Industrial Center project. A contract was signed concerning electromechanical installation works at the Professor Feriha Öz Emergency Hospital. The Medipol Acıbadem Hospital, Kalyon Solar Panel Plant Phase III, AcarVerde Housing, and Çukurova Airport projects were completed. 2023 2024 Birleşim was awarded the contract for the mechanical installation works of the Borsa İstanbul Project at the İstanbul Finance Center. For the Temporary Social Housing project that was launched in response to the devastating earthquakes that struck Kahramanmaraş and ten neighboring provinces on 6 February 2023, Birleşim Mühendislik carried out the electromechanical installation works needed to convert 1,000 containers into livable homes that were provided to those in need. Ongoing electromechanical installation works continued at the first of two Ziraat REIC towers under construction at the İstanbul Financial Center, while the same works were also begun on the second. Birleşim subsidiary Solar Santral Enerji A.Ş. signed a turnkey-delivery contract to build solar power plants at four locations in Macedonia. A branch office was also immediately opened in to tap the opportunities presented by the country’s promising solar power landscape. For Kuzu Toplu Konut İnşaat A.Ş.’s İstanbul Fikirtepe Urban Renewal Project, contracts were secured for the electromechanical installation works in plot 3466-1 dwelling units and for electrical installation works in plot 3461-1 dwelling units. An electromechanical installation works contract was secured for Kuzu Toplu Konut İnşaat A.Ş.’s Halk Yapı Dilovası Industrial Center Project. A Medistate Çekmeköy Hospital electromechanical installation works contract was secured.
