This is the first time the company uses building information modeling (BIM) processes. Birleşim Mühendislik invests in an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, using its own IT team and expertise to develop a solution that gives the company more effective control over all of its processes. The company completes the mechanical installation works for the Skyland İstanbul project, Turkey’s tallest and Europe’s eighth tallest building. Erde Mühendislik completes the Adana municipal hospital electrical works. Project works are completed for the Dr. Lütfi Kırdar teaching and research hospital in İstanbul’s Kartal township. Electromechanical works are completed for the Elazığ municipal hospital, a project that began in Erde Mühendislik completes the Bursa municipal hospital’s electrical works. Mechanical and electrical works are undertaken for the Medipol hospital in İstanbul’s Bağcılar township. Electromechanical works for the Samsung mobile phone factory, the Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus Hotel, and the Kalyon Jet Hangar projects are completed. Mechanical works for the Court of Cassation’s new services building, a Turkish Cargo building, and the JW Marriott Hotel Istanbul Marmara Sea are completed. An IPO of 38.24% of the company’s capital is completed. Shares begin trading on the İstanbul stock exchange’s BIST Stars market on 20 August 2021. Gaziantep Municipal Hospital mechanical & electrical installation works were undertaken. Çukurova Airport mechanical & electrical installation works were undertaken. Santral Enerji, a company that has been active in all aspects of solar power plant project development, installation, and financing since 2020, became a Birleşim Group subsidiary at the end of 2022 after a 70% stake was acquired in the company. Birleşim Mühendislik and Erde Mühendislik together completed the electromechanical installation works of the Ataşehir Acıbadem and Ataköy Medicana hospitals, both in İstanbul. Birleşim Mühendislik completed the mechanical installation works of the İstanbul International Financial Center’s Borsa İstanbul services building, of the Aydınlı Group’s garment factory in Selimpaşa and its warehouse in Hadımköy (İstanbul), and of the Erman Ilıcak Science Lycee (Ankara). 9
