BİRLEŞİM MÜHENDİSLİK ANNUAL REPORT 2025 11 • A contract was signed for the Kampüs İstanbul Mixed‑Use Development project’s mechanical installation works. • A contract was signed for the Van Sheraton Hotel project’s Phase 1 electromechanical installation works. • A contract was signed for the Acıbadem İzmir Kent Hospital project’s D Tower mechanical installation works. • A contract was signed for the Sabiha Gökçen Airport Pegasus Hangar, Aircraft Maintenance Hangar & Support Facilities project’s electromechanical installation works. • A contract was signed for the for a high-tech data center project’s IL04 and IL03 electrical installation works in İstanbul. • A contract was signed for the İstanbul Finance Center Borsa İstanbul building fit-out project’s electromechanical installation works. • A contract was signed for the Ankara Palace of Justice A Block, TA Block, and O Block projects’ electromechanical installation works. • A contract was signed for the İstanbul Dudullu Organized Industrial Zone Atatürk Education Campus Primary School project’s mechanical installation works. • A contract was signed for the mechanical installation works of a project owned by REC Uluslararası İnşaat Yatırım A.Ş. • A contract was signed for the Pegasus Hangar & Support Facilities Phase 1 project’s electromechanical installation works. This is one of the first advanced aircraft paint hangars in Turkey. • The following projects were delivered: Akzirve A Block and B Block; Dünyagöz Altunizade Hospital; Acıbadem İzmir Kent Hospital D Block; Professor Feriha Öz Emergency Hospital; Göztepe Memorial Hospital; Medistate Çekmeköy Hospital, Acıbadem Kartal Hospital; Bezmiâlem Vakıf University Hospital; Ziraat Bank Headquarters Phase II; Talimarjon Power Plant Efficiency Improvements. 2025 Solar Santral Enerji signed turnkey- delivery contracts with Japanese- based textile company Aisin A.Ş. and with Dünyagöz Hospitals Group to install solar power plants on their premises. An electromechanical installation works contract was secured for the İstanbul Eyüp Sultan Göktürk Phase II Housing Development Project. An electrical installation works project was undertaken at Bezmiâlem Foundation University Hospital. A building mechanical installation works contract was signed with Doğuş İnşaat ve Ticaret A.Ş. for the Şişecam glass container factory being built in Kaposvar in Hungary. A decision was made to open a branch in Hungary to further expand Birleşim Mühendislik’s cross-border electromechanical works contracting operations. A preliminary agreement was concluded with Aydın Sağlık Yatırımları Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. for the conduct of the mechanical installation works of the Göztepe Memorial Hospital in İstanbul. Work under this agreement has begun. A new contract was signed for additional electromechanical installation works of the Çukurova Airport Project. All electromechanical installation works being undertaken for the two (43-story 221-meter and 37-story 151-meter) VakıfBank headquarters buildings being constructed at the İstanbul Finance Center were completed and turned over to the employer. All electromechanical installation works being undertaken for the Gaziantep municipal hospital being constructed by RMİ Rönesans Medikal Taahhüt İnşaat A.Ş. were completed and turned over to the employer. All mechanical installation works being undertaken at the 85,000 m 2 Trendyol Ankara logistical center were completed and turned over to the employer. All mechanical installation works being undertaken at the 59,750 m 2 Amazon İstanbul logistical center were completed and turned over to the employer.
