BİRLEŞİM MÜHENDİSLİK ANNUAL REPORT 2025 2 INTRODUCTION Together with its subsidiary Erde Mühendislik, Birleşim Mühendislik expands the company’s broad mix of services by enabling it to undertake projects’ electromechanical works and thereby to create more added value. A majority stake in Solar Santral Enerji was acquired in late 2022 to give Birleşim Mühendislik access to the engineering, procurement & construction (EPC) contracting business line. Birleşim Mühendislik immediately began to reap the benefits of this in 2023. In 2024 the company opened a branch office in Hungary with an eye to expanding its cross-border electromechanical operations. This was followed by the acquisition of a company (renamed Birleşim LLC) in Uzbekistan and the formation of Birleşim KZ in Kazakhstan.
